Product Introduction

High-temperature grease is a specialized lubricant formulated to maintain its structural integrity and lubricating properties under extreme heat where standard greases fail. Working temperaure:-30°C-+260°C,droppingpoint 380°C.

It is engineered to resist thermal softening, oxidation, and excessive evaporation, making it crucial for heavy industrial and automotive applications.

Unlike conventional lubricants, high-temperature grease relies on specific components to endure thermal stress:

Base Oils: Typically synthetic fluids like polyalphaolefin or perfluoropolyether, which provide high thermal stability compared to traditional mineral oils.

Thickening Agents: Advanced materials like polyurea or PTFE help the grease maintain its consistency without melting or hardening at elevated temperatures.

Specialized Additives: Formulations include extreme pressure agents and antioxidants to prevent metal-to-metal contact and chemical breakdown.
