Electronic Fan Clutch for Faw

 The working principle of electronic silicone oil fan clutches: the high viscosity characteristics of silicone oil are utilized to transmit torque, and electronic control is used to achieve clutch disengagement and coupling. The main functions include energy saving, noise reduction and emission reduction. Component parts include front cover, thermostat, valve plate shaft, valve plate, follower plate, shell, active shaft, O-ring, sealing ring ball bearings and so on. In terms of material, silicone oil fan clutch oil storage chamber is equipped with high viscosity silicone oil, this silicone oil in the cycle of heat transfer to the casting of the front cover and the clutch shell with a heat sink and get cooled in order to avoid the work of the silicone oil temperature is too high.
